I just bought some CoverGirl liquid cover up and after about an hour of me wearing it, it makes my skin look flaky and dried out. I was wondering if i could put something on before i put on the cover up to not make it look like that?

I have naturally very long lashes and they are dark too. They just are not very full and volumized I guess you could say. I have tryed the cover girl one and I liked it but it clumped easily. Cover girl Natureluxe mousse mascara contamination? ?
I recently purchased this mascara from the cover girl brand. The first time I applied it I noticed it irritated my eyes quite a lot so I was worried. After maybe using it for a few days, I got a clear bump on my eyelid near my eyelashes. Another also appeared on my lower lash and I've never had that happen before. I can only assume that it was this mascara because that was the only thing near my eyelashes. Has anyone else experienced this? A friend of mine tried the cover girl Natureluxe foundation and apparently that burned her skin terribly.
