How can I get rid of this small patch of fat around my lower stomach?

In the last year i lost 90lbs and dropped to 150lbs. I lost weight form everywhere on my body and I look fit but without my shirt you can clearly see that patch of fat. I do resistance training 3 times a week and do carido two times a week. I also take whey protein. I am 18 yrs old and 5’9″ if that helps

how can you get rid of the small fat patch about your pants line?

im 16 amd only 108lbs and im 5′ 3″ i have this stupid fat area that wont go away. im on track and everyday we do 20minutes worth of ab work but its not helping. we do crunches, bycicles, reverse ab curls, throw downs, and flutter kicks. idk what else to do.

help!?

I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.

I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.

I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.

I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, white flour products, and fast food.

I try to get a good night’s sleep each night.
