Your Questions About Low Calorie Diet Snacks

Im going on a 400 calorie diet, what are some low calorie snacks I can have?
I have a vegetable mix which is 30 calories a cup.
And I have a 1/4 cup of strawberries every hour (1 cup = 53 calories).
And occasionally I’ll have a peach (50 calories)
So, anyone know any low cal foods?
As you can see, Im on a diet to loose 10lbs before school.

Enough has been said about how 400 calories isn’t enough.
Let’s turn to what you do need to do if you want to lose 10 pounds.
First, visit your family doctor. Do not skip this step, even though you may think you have good reasons for doing so.
In addition to the obvious (she’ll talk you out of doing something stupid), seeing your doctor will get you a plan to lose the weigh you need to lose. You doctor can fine tune a diet, exercise, and maybe even medication to you and your particular needs.
In other words, the chances of you losing the weight are greater than if you decide to starve.
As for your particular plan… Why are you even bothering looking for snacks? If you’re trying to get down to the 400 calorie range, you might as well decide not to eat anything. If it’s that important, you don’t need to snack. You can drink lots of water and take vitamin pills. Zero calories.
Not that I’d recommend this, but this particular plan is not much worse than the dangerous plan that you’ve concocted.
Update: I see you’ve added “shut up, idc if its unhealthy!” You don’t care? How can that possibly be? People who say that need hospitalization. I know, because I nearly lost a sister to this sort of thing. However, if you’re interested in offing yourself, I can’t stop you. Just don’t drag us into your suicide.

I’ve been eating a low calorie diet for a while now, but I’m not seeing much results. I’m trying to cut down sugar and carbs too, what are some good snacks I can eat through out the day or at night if I get hungry after dinner? I don’t like to eat carbs at night, but I’m not sure what else I can eat.

Be sure to get enough nutrients and vitamins, of course, and implement them accordingly into your diet. Try not to go below 1200 calories. Anything below that might be a hugh deficiency.
I don’t eat after dinner because I feel it messes me up in digestion. You shouldn’t eat after 5 or 6, but if you really have to, I would just drink water. Water usually sates the hunger that might not really be there. You could try light vegetables, like celery or carrots (which are very low in calories), and maybe some lightly popped popcorn without butter.
Do you implement exercies as well? A low Calorie Diet won’t do as much if it’s not done with moderate exercise.
