Weight loss plan and diet for 17 year old male …?
I’m extremely serious about losing weight . Im 17 years old , male , 5’10-11 and my weights been going up and down between 224-230 . But i dont want to be in the 200′s , period . I havent been fat all my life i’ve been skinny for like 60% of my life , then i just started gaining weight . But im not happy with the way my body looks , im definitely to young to look like this (i dont look that bad im and ex football player) . I want to lose 50 pounds by march of next year . I dont want any BS weight loss schemes or pills . I want real effective tips, plans, workouts, and diets . Im willing to go the extra mile to lose this weight . Im leaving for college next year , and i dont want to start a new chapter of my life looking bad . I get winded going up stairs
. I have man boobs and a medium sized stomach that sticks out like a beer belly . NOT COOL . I’d also like to gain more muscle . And how do i get rid of stretch marks ? Please . I have the will power , and im ready to get started . I heard targeted weight lose is impossible ? But i want to lose stomach fat , these man boobs , and tighten up my arms and thighs . I own a treadmill .

All right, do you get how your letter looks better when you take the time to do the Universally accepted correct English? The same goes for your physical accepted correct procedures. I would get a digital bathroom scale and put it in your bathroom. I would weigh myself several times a day. I would give up salting my food. You don’t need a lot of bread either. Skim milk tastes as good as whole milk after a week. You should weigh your favorite drinking mug when it is full. Realize all you have to is lose that much food a day to reach your goal. You must decide that 2 eggs will do instead of three. Day after day, get on the digital scale. You will notice the difference after you use the restroom. You lost a pound, you will lose about a pound every two days, more if you exercise. The school gym is where you should workout. Good luck!

Is this a good diet plan? It has nothing to do with weight loss.?
I am a 18 year old male, at 5’7.5 and about 165-170. I came down with mono for a while, got better, and then because of having to finish up my second semester of my senior year so I could graduate, I got sick again. I didn’t get enough sleep and didn’t eat enough. I was aware of this, so I ate a little more during the past couple months, but not as much as I thought. I was around 190 pounds before I got sick, most of the weight was muscle, but some of it was some extra fat.
1. I plan on eating 3000 calories a day from food alone over 4 or 5 meals.
2. I also plan to take this mega dose vitamin called clearvite once a day or one a day men‘s pro edge.
3. Drinking at least 85 fluid ounces of liquid a day.
-mostly water
-1 glass of orange juice
-1 glass of milk
-1 32 or 64 ounce bottle of Gatorade
– can include tea and lemonade
4. Go to bed no later than 10 pm.
Sorry I meant 1 20 or 32 ounce Gatorade.
What is up with people and ads on here? Get a freaking life and some sunshine. That never hurt either.

Sounds like you’re trying to get muscled up too. Sounds like a good meal plan. Probably won’t get sick again because of fluids and megavitamin. Good luck
