Differences between men and women leggings?

Guys what is sexier on women..leggings with short t shirts or stockings/hose/tights with short-skirts/dresses?
Do you like sheer, opaque, or bare as far as women's legs in general especially when wearing a nice evening fancy ensemble?So it looks like we're all in agreeance about the whole short t shirt and leggings thing, or leggings period with tunics or dresses skirts. We'd all apprecitate it if women would rethink ditching the whole " no pantyhose" thing merely from a potential stigma that would not be there if fashion involved a hgher percentage of straight male designers, the stigma never would have existed at the end of the 90's. Leggings are better than jeans don't get me wrong, but the only way they can compete with the sexiness but not class of skirts and dresses with hose is by being somewhat immodest and showing your butt basically or literally covering none of it with a shirt. It's to me,, more flashy at first glance to see that, but inevitably less sexy and not classy compared with a miniskirt dress or even long one with hose.
