I'm in Michigan. It's about 70 degrees Fahrenheit and breezy. If I wore leggings with the boots and a long shirt, would that be alright? Or should I just skip the boots for today and wear them sometime next week in the mid 60's? the boots look kind of like this i2.squidoocdn.com resize squidoo images 250 draft lens8762321module76584571photo 1262615623black suede.jpg

Hello...Im 19 years and and I am about 5 feet 2 inches tall. Ive been wanting to change up my style because I am a little overweight and i don't dress up at all. Are knee high boots and a dress apropriate for school?
I'm going on a trip with my girls on the swim team and we have to dress apropriate. We are seeing the Senant and reps of the state. We leave the school at 8 but I get there at 7 15. I don't know if the teachers would say anything or worse... The principal. The dress goes about an inch past my fingertips. Is that pushing the dress code or ok?
How to stretch my knee-high boots to fit my legs?
I've just been given some beautiful boots for Christmas which come up to my knee. Unfortunately, due to years of competitive sports, I have quite muscular thigh and calf muscles. I really don't want to return these boots because they're so nice, can anyone please give me some tips on how to stretch the leggy part of the boot to fit? The foot bit is fine, and I can do the zip about halfway up my leg, it's just where my calf muscle is that's the problem. Thanks everyone Sorry I forgot to mention, they're that fake leather material on the outside and some squishy foam stuff on the inside.
Where can I buy wide-calf, heeled knee-high boots for an affordable price?
I've been searching for days online trying to find a site with a decent selection of wide calf, high heel knee high boots. The problem is, I'm not willing to pay a ridiculous amount of money for a pair of shoes. I want to pay for the shoes, not the name attached to them. Most of the shoes I find on zappos, etc are all $150 plus. I'm aiming for under $50, maybe a tad higher if I really really love them. I know that lower cost shoes are generally lower quality, but I'm fine with that. They won't be for every day wear.Another thing is that many of the boots I find have low heels, like rainboot heels instead of fashionable ones. I would like at least an inch and a half heel large heels or wedges for stability and comfort, I can't do spiky thin heels. My foot is a bit wide, but the biggest issue is that my calves are wide with about 18 in circumference. Avenue.com has some nice boots, but the sizing for the wide calf boots just won't be large enough. The boots in my size with wide calves would still be 3 inches too small. So yes, is any other woman out there in my situation? Have any of you found a great, affordable site to buy boots from? Some sites and stores I've already checked AvenuePaylessLane BryantMacy'sAmazonEbayEndlessTorridWide WidthsRoamansOne Stop PlusWoman WithinJcPennyCatoWalmart
Knee-high boots which can be folded over down to the ankles?
Hi everyone, I've been looking for such boots lately. The ones with a zip and laces can't be folded over, so I guess I'm looking for the slouch pull over sort. Does anyone have any specific brand and type name to recommend? I'd like a black pair, preferably made of leather or synthetic material.
